A great little four seat plane, that has served the owner well over the last 7 years. The owner placed a high priority on maintenance and spared little expense to keep the plane safe. This is a factory model 160; therefore, unlike a Cherokee 140/160 conversion, it has a baggage compartment and a truly increased payload. Some of the recent upgrades are:

• New LED landing light (Whelen Parmetheus G3) in April 2022
• New main ship battery April 2022
• Seat belts re-webbed and 4 point harnesses installed on front seats in 2021
• All oleo landing gear service (new seals and fluid) in 2020
• All new flexible fuel lines installed in 2019
• Safe Heet oil pan heater in 2018
• TSO’d permanent tablet mount
• Wing spar AD complied with using 3 different methods as per the AD
